Selini was recently built (May 2023) with modern decoration and elegant furniture to make the guest feel at home in the space and enjoy a unique stay experience. It has a single space with a large double bed, kitchen and bathroom and an outside room with a double bed and access to the balcony. Both beds have a very comfortable mattress, for a special sleeping experience. The bathroom is decorated with modern aesthetics and has a spacious shower cabin. The kitchen consists of two stoves and cooking utensils with a dining table. It has a TV and a wonderful sea and mountain view. The apartment is fully air-conditioned as well as all the comforts a guest is looking for. Free access to Wi-Fi Internet with very good speeds is provided.

The picturesque, small fishing village of Agios Dimitrios is located southeast of Agios Nikolaos in Western Mani, on the site of ancient Pefnos, with its rocky island. Paris landed in Agios Demetrios with his ships and the beautiful Helen and her captors boarded for Troy. And on the rocky island of Agios Dimitrios, according to another myth, the Dioskouri, twin sons of Zeus, heroes of antiquity and brothers of Helen the Beautiful, were born. On the road to Trachila, 3.5 kilometers west, is the unexploited cave "Katafygio" which is considered one of the largest in Greece, according to the experts who have visited it. The cave was an ideal hiding place for many people, especially during the years of the Turkish occupation, which is why it was named so. Its length is estimated at 2 kilometers. A large part of the cave was explored in 1953 by Yiannis Petroheilou and the Swedish speleologist K. Lindberg. Later, in 1972, the exploration was continued by speleologist Ioannis Ioannou, who described it as: "...a monument of nature and one of the most important caves that our country has".
