Perched on a hillside in the quaint village of Sellia, Anastasia Villa offers mesmerising panoramic views of the Libyan Sea and the surrounding landscapes. This modern, two-story villa with 79m² of indoor space boasts an outdoor 25m² heated private pool (with extra fee) and inviting outdoor spaces adorned with stone fencing, creating a tranquil atmosphere while preserving your privacy. The villa is part of a complex, where more villas are located, kindly note that some areas may be overlooked. Step outside to enjoy the villa’s 25m² private heated pool (with extra fee | 1.70m depth) framed by a sun-kissed terrace and seating areas. With a tile-covered pool area and arched, shaded verandas & dining table, the outdoor living space invites you to bask in the Cretan sun or unwind with a meal in the alfresco dining area. The BBQ (charcoal) facilities make outdoor cooking a joy, while a children’s play area, complete with a seesaw and a playhouse, ensures entertainment for the younger guests. The villa features two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to five guests—four in real beds and one more guest can sleep on the living sofa. Climate Resilience Fee A 8,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 60 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate.
