Sidari Studios Rules and Policies Keycard :All of our apartments are operated via a key card if the key card is not used properly or damaged the guest will be liable for the replacement. Kitchen: Please note that all the kitchen equipment must be stored back in the cabinets only in a clean state. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside our Studios. Bathroom: In Greece we don't throw the toilet paper inside the toilet. Towels: The white towels are not to be used to clean make up, sun screen lotions or as floor mat. Towels with stains will be charged. There is a mop and a bucket available. Damage: In case of damages charges will apply. Also, we reserve the right to inspect the studio/apartment for damages. Quiet hours: In Greece we have public quiet hours between 23:00 to 7:00. Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in is from 13:00 until 00:00. The check-out is from 9:00 and 10.00. Late check-out is charged 30 euros. Extra People: Our Studios are insured for the people that are our guests also we are a private property and we reserve the right to allow entrance only to our guests. If it comes to our attention that strangers are in the property actions will be taken. Parking: The guests are responsible for the safety of their cars Cleaning: During your stay we offer basic cleaning.if the guest is inside the apartment we can't enter to clean it. CCTV: The outside of the property is monitored by CCTV. We monitor the electricity supply at our property solely to detect power outages and protect electronic equipment from damage. Other Rules •The furniture has specific positions, are not allowed to move them around. •Is not allowed to take any piece of equipment out of the studio/apartment •We change the towels every 4 days and the bedsheets every 7 days •For small stays of 5 days and under, we don't change anything •Is not allowed to use the equipment to feed the animals
