Its objective is to rent accommodation lodgings of various classification scales, short or long term, and take over so as to achieve what we call their “Rebirth”.

The villas are built on the cliffside and its infinity pool is overlooking the NE bays, the sea and the opposite mountainside. Surrounded by wild nature, the combination of wood and stone (both local) in its architecture make you feel that the villa had been there for ages. Unique decoration with both furniture and details hand crafted. Amplet space both inside and outside, a very cute uppper pool deck with stunning sea views and an infinity pool and main deck for absolute relaxation. Its architectural style and the fact that almost everything (both furniture and details) in the property are hand crafted, makes it even more unique. The tranquillity, views, amazing nature and energy of the place will make you feel like you belong from the very first day. This is the main difference to any other luxury villa, its "warmth".

Neighborhood info

Sinium Luxury Villa is located in the NE part of Corfu, in the local community of Kokkini, at Sinies region. Sinies is a green paradise on earth, as it offers the chance to combine the fabulous mountain view with the crystal clear waters of Corfu NE bays. The whole community is surrounded by mountains, cliffs, forests and the vast green landscape creates the ideal background for your relaxation and tranquility. The Villa is a few minutes away from beautiful beaches, such as Agni, Kentroma, Agios Stefanos, Nissaki etc. The finest beach is Apraos/Kalamaki at 15 minutes drive. You can find lovely seaside restaurants at all the NE small bays, while nightclubs are available at Barbati, Nissaki, Kassiopi at 15min by car or taxi. Corfu Town is approximately half an hour away by car. Car is recommended, although there is a public bus station at 200m from the Villa.
