Our beachfront villa is a perfect choice for unwinding under the Greek sun with peace and quiet that will restore your soul. Skorponeria beachfront house is garden level of a 2 apartment villa just 50 steps from the beach!!!! The beach filled with olive trees that reach the sea is the perfect Mediterranean scenery for relaxing,swimming,sunbathing,playing outdoors for couples and/or families.
As a complimentary gift from us, you will receive a welcome basket upon arrival that includes: Bread, olives, a packet of spaghetti and tomato sauce, coffee and tea or whatever is in season around your booking date. We aim to make your trip as pleasant as possible, so that you don’t have to worry about shopping straight away as soon as you arrive Upon your arrival, I will be there to show you around the house and the utilities. All the instructions for the house’s utilities and the Wi-Fi password will be given out on the spot.

Checking in time can be flexible, but you have to let me know in advance if it’s not convenient, so that we can arrange a t I would be happy to accommodate you and I am looking forward to making further communication as soon as I get the chance. If you want to make your shopping before you arrive there are several super markets on your way here as I explained on the listing. The super markets are open from 08.00 to 21.00 every day The travel time to Athens is estimated to be about 60 minutes via car. If this is your first time visiting Athens, I would recommend visiting Acropolis and the Plaka area. Within 400 meters there is a big beach with "COZY" beach bar with coffees, snacks ,even light dinners.. There are taverns around ( "FROUSSIS'' ,'' KIRA LENI'',etc) Chalkida is the chief town of Evia island which is the second largest Greek island and you can observe the ''crazy waters'' in the Evripous Strait. Within 1 hr drive is the Archaeological Museum of Theves one of the most important museums in Greece.
