The residence is a renovated flat with a size of 100 sqm. It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach. It has got a panoramic view of the entire Pagasetic Gulf. The residence can accommodate one or more families or groups of 2-6 people. All the bedrooms are sunny, have a scenic view of the sea .
Moreover, you can visit the neighboring seaside suburb of Alykes and the small town of Nea Anchialos where one can go shopping and enjoy local delicacies and a drink at bars, cafes and taverns. Of course, the beautiful city of Volos is also just 10 km or 10-15 minutes away by car. A plethora of traditional taverns serving tsipouro and sea food, numerous nightlife options, majestic beaches and cultural and archeological monuments. Daily excursions to all the picturesque and coastal villages of mountain Pelion and its stunning beaches can be easily planned. Within a short time you can swim both in the Pagasetic gulf or the Aegean Sea. Guests will need to bring their own car or rent one as public transport is not available
