For a unique escape, our holiday home fuses iconic settings with stylish, well-stocked interiors & inspiring exteriors, promising an immersive break that's so much more than just a holiday. Step outside the front door and discover the maze of treasures this location has to offer, with the nearest restaurants & shops located within 3 minutes walking distance. The Villa boasts two wonderful bedrooms (one is connecting with a Mezzanine room with two single beds), as well as attic type bedroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds. The wonderful holiday home lays in 300m2 fenced outdoor area and is embellished with a 37m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep). Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor play area (featuring a children play tent, a ball and a swing) for our younger guests and a ping pong table. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 50euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. 4 bicycles & 1 small car for children are also available Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November). Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also. Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed. Events are not allowed. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.


Solis Villa takes prime position in Kavros area, this area of Crete island is great for families with children and known for its relaxed and laid back vibe while still being well connected to the main cities Rethymno and Chania. In the waterfront of the village there is a wonderful, long sandy beach with clear shallow waters that stretches until Rethymnon city. The sandy beach (5 minutes walking) is very well-organised with umbrellas, sun loungers, showers, and beach bars. Visitors will have access to several amenities (within 3 minutes walking distance), including cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket, and doctor's office, so you can spend the whole day here.
