The first floor with the white wooden dining table at the balcony and a homey porch, both with a direct view of the sea at all moments of the day. I am a journalist and a University professor of Journalism and Communication. Lived and studied in New York, worked in Athens for a long time and I've been teaching, publishing a journal and working on different projects the past few years. Working hard and constantly all my life, I helped make my father's dream come true. He loved the idea of building a beautiful home at the beach, close to Thessaloniki, my hometown for his two kids. Between this and that and given the perfectionism of my sign (September 3d) I contributed to a small paradise that we only used to enjoy as a family in August. I live in Cyprus and my brother with his family in Germany, so this beautiful home rests alone for almost the whole year. The beach right in front of the house is a rather quiet sandy beach, almost private and perfect for kids and sunbathing. Well organized other beaches very close to the property, as well as beach bars and restaurants for the nights out can be of your interest as well. There are at least 2 supermarkets very near the house, while the city of N. Kallikratia and Sozopolis are only 5 and 3,5 kilometers far from the house. With health services in N. Kallikratia, pharmacies, banks and a pretty good market for all needs. Thessaloniki, Katerini and Chalkidiki are some of the most interesting places to wonder and experience museums, archaeological sites, gourmet Greek food tastes and unique beaches. There is really everything close to the property if you are ready to experience more. If not, the house offers you the possibility to really sit back and enjoy a few days of not running, not filling with musts but emptying from everything, bathing and sun bathing, the natural therapy of the body and mind.
