Enjoy your holidays in a unique stone built block of flats, just 180m from the beach line. A beautiful terrace together with a very spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen welcomes you in the upper floor. Downstairs you meet 2 cozy and fully renovated bedrooms. Both floors with a shower and WC. Big parking place shared with 4 other appartments. Contactless check in. Fluent communication in Greek, English and German. The apartment is characterised a Maisonette, as it has 2 levels. The upper floor is a little above the ground, and the floor below is a semi-basement, with an inside stairway connecting them. Upper floor is consisted of sitting room, kitchen and a shower-WC. There is also air conditioning and a ceiling fan for cooling. The floor downstairs is consisted of the 2 bedrooms and a shower-WC. Each room has it’s own ceiling fan for cooling.
A very friendly and quiet neighborhood will provide the perfect environment for cosy and restful holidays! Being only 3’ walk away from Stoupa beach, it is highly recommended to enjoy your days car-free! Kalogria beach is another 10‘ walk. Area‘s biggest supermarket is a 5‘ walk! Renting a bicycle is also a great idea. A beautiful car-free route from Stoupa to Agios Nikolaos, with gorgeous view of the sea, can be assessed easily either on foot or by bicycle!
