This spacious and quiet apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki, offers you a luxurious and comfortable stay downtown. The apartment is located at Proxenou Koromila str., just 30m away from the sea. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a large living room with dining table. The apartment is fully equipped, totally renovated, equipped with double insulated doors and has autonomous heating system. Ideal for a family or a group of friends. The apartment is 115sqm. Bedroom #1 & #2 have a double bed (160x200cm) with a 24cm thick mattress. Bedroom #3 has one double bed (160x200cm) and one single bed (90x200cm), all with 24cm thick mattresses. A double sofa bed (140x200cm) provides sleeping space for 2 more guests in the living room. A sleeping cot and a high chair are available upon request and free of charge. The living room area consists of a large corner sofa, a 43" 4Κ TV and a dining table. Free Wi-Fi service is provided during your stay. We provide all the necessary amenities: towels, hair dryer, clothes iron, individual shampoo, shower gel and hand soap, earwigs, shower cap and shoe shine sponge.

The apartment is located at Proxenou Koromila str., one of the most expensive streets for residency in the city center. The sea is just 30m away and all the important monuments and sights are located within walking distance. Around the apartment, you can find plenty of restaurants and shops.
