The house is 180sqm (1930sqf) and consists of two levels which are connected by an internal staircase. It has an open plan kitchen/living room with a large dining area and a bathroom on the first level where the main entrance of the house is located. On the lower level (the plot is sloping) are the three bedrooms and the other 2 bathrooms. Both levels have large terraces which offer unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea. The kitchen of the house is fully equipped and ideal for the preparation of any of your meals as the house is also used for permanent residence. The dining room and the living rooms are quite comfortable, designed and decorated according to the Cycladic architecture with modern elements. Outdoors there is a comfortable dining area as well as built-in sofas. The three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the house which has the other two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. There is also a separate laundry area. The house has large closets while some of them are closed for personal use. Of course, there is enough space so you can arrange your personal belongings throughout your stay.

The house is located in one of the most famous and cosmopolitan villages of Tinos, Ysternia. It consists of two levels from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands that the village offers. Moreover, the property features incredible sunset views from the terrace. Ysternia is located in a great location on the island through which you have easy access to beautiful beaches and other villages.
