Stalia" is a spacious and comfortable beach house only a stone's throw away from the golden beach of 'Fabrika,' a quiet beach, 9 km from the cosmopolitan Ermoupoli. Five people can sleep comfortably in the newly refurbished family house. It has two comfortable bedrooms with large wardrobes. A cozy living room with a marble fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, a large, stylish, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage, and a walk-in wardrobe. 'Stalia' home has a garden with an olive tree, a lemon tree, Mediterranean flowers, a built BBQ, a traditional wood oven, free safe parking, an external shower. 
 This house is the ideal proposition if you want to enjoy a relaxed holiday on the beach while enjoying the complete comfort of a fully equipped solid household.
