House is an old 130 years house , renovated on the 1st floor. It is 1 room 25m2 space, with large bed 160x200, kitchen fully equiped, and bathroom. In the front is has 15tm balcony, with beautifull view, in the mountains around, and the sea shown far away. It is in the edge of the village. No other house in front of it. At night you can enjoy the silence, the distant voice of occasional night birds, and the beautifull stars or moon, i the clear sky. Enjoy also the nice clean air of the mountain .
I leave on a permanent basis in Athens. In the summer we rent this house STATHIS GUESTHOUSE and MARITSA COUTRY HOME, another house in the same village.
The neighbourhood is quiet, on the edge of the village. There is another rented house and a villa, nearby 60 mts away
