Company info

Ilias Frytzalas & SIA EE, is a newly established company whose purpose is to offer rental rooms in alternative spots in Greece. The main principles of the accommodations are the bioclimatic and energy planning, as well as the ergonomic architecture, aiming in creating economical accommodation, but with all the facilities of a multi-star hotel. In 2023 it started with Stavros Lay In, and the goal is in the next decade to create accommodations at snowy Florina (Western Macedonia), Volos (Thessaly) and the island of Skopelos (Thessaly).

Property info

The ergonomic kitchen and toilet do not take up any space from the room. The bunk also saves space and adds a playful touch. One of the most important elements of the rooms are the balconies with the wonderful mountain and sea views, and their rich openings make them airy and bright! Of course, the attic with its loft and 2 toilets stands out. Finally, the epilogue of the property is the very nice privet yard away from the hustle and bustle of the street. Important facilities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi with repeaters everywhere, dehumidifiers with carbon filters for air purification, central water filters and tap carbon filters for perfectly clean and drinkable water, massage showers. In addition, respecting the environment as well as the comfort of the guests, we offer hot water from solar heating, power generation from photovoltaics, A+++ air conditioning for free heating/cooling and much more, making the unit sub-Zero Energy consumption!

Neighborhood info

In the neighborhood there is a bakery that serves daily in the morning hours, the village cafe, one of the most famous restaurants/taverns in the area, as well as the local refreshment bar with a view of the entire Strymonikos gulf. In addition, the Ano Stavros Folklore Museum is free to the public and the Naturist Mountaineering Association can guide you on your hikes on the mountain, all of which start from the village square.
