The house is located in the center of the village just a few meters away from the square . You can find near the house a super market , a butcher-shop , a fish shop ,a bakery as well a traditional greek cuisine restaurant and many coffee shops (50-150meters). You can also find in the area pizza-crepes-waffles .
The beach is 400-600 meters away from the house . On the coastline of the village you can find many fish restaurants , a beach bar and a bistro restaurant .
The village has interesting sightseeings , a Byzantine Tower (built in 1406) and the church of Agioi Apostoloi (built in 1868). On the eastern side of Nea Fokea, the known “Agiasma” (Holly water) of Apostle Paul is one of the most appealing and interesting landmarks .
