An authentic stone house in the hills above Agia Galini, in Crete's quiet Golden South. Three equal master suites, each with a double bed and private rain-shower en-suite; a large infinity pool facing the Libyan Sea; and a 17-metre balcony with sea views end to end. Stone, wood and contemporary comfort, with fast satellite WiFi and a dedicated workspace. Sleeps 6 adults in the suites, up to 8 with the living-room double sofa bed. Evenings here are the point.
I am a computer engineer; my wife is a homeopathic therapist. We fell in love with the hills above Agia Galini in southern Crete, rebuilt an old stone house there together with one of the two brothers who originally built it, and now share it with guests. We love quiet places, good coffee and the song of the cicadas.
