Built in 1924 and located on the southern part of the Village Afissos, the entirely stone constructed main house stands in front of the sea for almost a century. The residence was completely restored in 2011, maintaining the original 93 year old tiber floor and other elements that inform its traditional architecture. Our services include a visit from our housekeeper every two days with fresh towels and bed linen refreshed and toiletries replenished. Laundry-ironing service is available upon request (no extra charge). A crib and a high chair are available too, if you are traveling with your little ones. Beach towels can be provided as well. The main house spreads within one storey of 80 square meters. Its main room adopts an open plan that allows the merged living room and kitchen to frame a 270 ° degrees view to the surrounding greenery and sea. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, are accessed from the main room, as well as a bathroom and toilet, equipped with a comfortable shower space. From the main room there is access to the front balcony which overlooks the sea and Abovos beach, while during sunset time the view is stunning.

Afissos is a small, coastal resort located on the southern side of Mount Pelion, 26 kilometers from the city of Volos. Amphitheatrically built, overlooking the Pagasitic Gulf, the stone village offers one of the most beautiful sunset views in the area. Three partly organised and partly secluded, sandy and peeble, beaches are ideal for swimming within walking distance from the main village (Ambovos, Lagoudi, Kallifteri), all surrounded by lush greenery. Ancient Greek mythology refers that Argonauts stopped there to supply with water from a fountain in the current central square of the village. Afissos provides a variety of restaurants, taverns and bars for all kinds of taste. Due to its location, Afissos can also be a good base for exursions around the Mount Pelion.
