I enjoy meeting new people and that is why I have chosen hosting as my main occupation. I have studied marketing and I am the owner of two villas in Karteros Aris Palace and Stratos Palace. I am also the owner of Beachside Studios Renata Mare in Chersonisos. I am also a true lover of music and a bass guitar player in a local band in Heraclion.

Property info

Stratos Palace is a spacious three floor villa in the countryside. With amazing mountain view, you can enjoy the relaxation of a modern house while being close to nature. The villa is 6 minutes driving time to Karteros beach and it is ideal for big families or groups that want to enjoy a quiet place. The villa's location is ideal for groups who want to explore the island of Crete due to the location of Stratos Palace. It's in the middle of Crete. A car is highly recommended since there is no public transit and the villa is high in the mountain. Guests will have access to first and second floor, Ground floor is used for storage. I will be visiting the villa only once per week to clean the pool. For stays exceeding 10 days, I offer complimentary fresh linen and towels upon request, once a week. If you need room cleaning by our cleaning service, please inform us, as this service incurs an additional charge. Neighborhood info

A quiet place inside olive trees. I love the clean air, the sea and mountain view ... The best place to relax and enjoy holidays. Close to Karteros for nightlife and also close to Elia village for people who want to experience the traditional way of living to crete. Chersonisos and Malia are also close for people who want x-treme nightlife. There is also a waterpark really close to the villa . Closest beach is Karteros beach , only 5 minutes driving time
