The property is a private residence that has been built and equipped with care for personal use as a holiday home. The entire property is rented. Complete renovation in 2026. It includes: an open-plan bedroom-kitchen-living room and an independent bathroom with shower. Windows on both sides make it extremely sunny and airy. There are screens on all windows. The balcony offers an unobstructed view of the sea and is shaded in the mornings so you can enjoy your breakfast before starting your day. A view that can also be seen from inside the property. Fully equipped kitchenette with: refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, induction hob, cooking utensils and microwave. By renting the property you gain access to the shared laundry room where you can wash your clothes, and to the shared garden with a complete sitting area with sofas, tables and mood lighting. Easy parking on the adjacent street.
