A private independent studio and terrace, part of a villa set in an olive grove five minutes walk from the beach.
I am an author and small-scale farmer, producing olive oil from the trees on our land which we are improving through regenerative and sustainable agriculture.
This is a fertile river valley cultivated since ancient times. The area is rich in archaeological remains. Apart from a few private houses , guest rooms and a fine local taverna ('Skandeia'), the area is quiet, agricultural and unspoilt. There are two beaches just a few minutes walk away, and the fishing village of Avlemonas, with a shop and good restaurants, is five minutes' drive.
