At a distance of 150 km, just an hour and a half from Athens, in the quiet settlement of Kedro Arkitsa, Fthiotida, 100 m. from the sea and 5 minutes from the ferry Arkitsa - Edipsos Baths for rent fully equipped studio 56 sq.m., able to accommodate 2 to 4 people, with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 armchair that becomes a bed, with large perimeter verandas with unrestricted sea view on a plot of 612 sq.m., with garden, recently renovated, with parking, access with independent external staircase, TV, WIFI, new refrigerator, oven, kitchenette, washing machine. Very nice location in the green, ideal for short trips to: 15 minutes from the cosmopolitan Kamena Vourla, 1 hour & 10 minutes from the picturesque Arachova, 1 hour & 20 minutes from Delphi, 1 hour & 10 minutes from the beautiful mountain village of Pavliani on Mount Oiti and just 45 minutes by ferry boat from the spa town of Edipsos.
