The house has been in my family for years, and we’ve lovingly designed it to offer a truly special stay. It’s bright, spacious, and perfect for relaxation. If you need suggestions for beaches, restaurants, or activities, I’ll be happy to guide you. I know the area well and can give you targeted local advice! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 minutes on foot from the beach and 30 meters from a supermarket, pharmacy, café, and an organic products shop! Athens is just 30 minutes away for a quick visit to the Acropolis or the historic center. The Athens International Airport is about 20-25 kilometers from Vouliagmeni. I’m always available for questions before and during your stay. If you have any special requests, don’t hesitate to let me know – I want you to feel at home

Perfect for everyday direct access to all your needs, offering the ideal base to enjoy the area. The famous Astir Beach is about 5 minutes away. The famous Vouliagmeni Lake is 5 minutes away. The Athens International Airport is about 20-25 kilometers from Vouliagmeni. From Vouliagmeni, the center of Athens (Syntagma) is about 20-25 kilometers away. By car, the drive time is around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
