A traditional of “North Sporades islands" house set in a quiet green area on the coastal road of Skopelos Town, it overlooks the Aegean sea and the mountain. It is 60 meters away from the beach and 400m from the organized beach of Skopelos Town. Each studio has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be converted into 1 double bed without gap in between), a bathroom and a living area with 1 sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette. Its furnished terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea, the town and the mountains. It is ideal for hosting up to 3 people. It has “air conditioning” units for cooling & heating, a TV, a cooking hob and all the necessary cooking and dining utensils, a fridge, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a grill pan. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. Free "Parking" and free "wi-fi" are available. The key is followed by a card, which upon entering the accommodation place it in the slot - holder located next to the door, frame so to power the space. (Note: the refrigerator outlet always has power regardless of the card position) For having a pleasant, trouble-free and safe stay we would like to point out the following: You receive the accommodation clean, fixed and tide over. In order to protect the environment we implement a policy to consume less water, detergents and energy, so Bath & Face Towels, Bed linen & Pillowcases are changed after the 5th overnight. The centre of Skopelos Town with restaurants, taverns, fish taverns, bars and other shops is 800 m away and can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The accommodation is 4 km away from the famous beach "Stafylos" and 12km from the also very famous beach "Panormos". =============================================================== The accommodation is located in Skopelos Town, so preferably make sure to come to the island by means of transport that arrives to Skopelos Town. From the port of Skopelos Town the distance to the accommodation is around 800m and the cost of a taxi ride is 5 Euro approximately . =============================================================== How to get to the accommodation from the port of Skopelos town: - Upon exiting the port gate, turn left and proceed (approximately 700m) along the coastal road, always keeping the sea on your left, until you see a big hotel named “Sunrise Village” built on the corner of the coastal road and a perpendicular on it road. - Enter this perpendicular road (turning right) and proceed approximately 60m until you come across (on your right) with the first entrance door to a garden, on the right side of this entrance there is a plate that says “ELPINIKI”. This is the entrance to our accommodation, go inside and if you have a car, park it at the far inside of the garden (making sure you leave enough space for 2 more cars). - The paved corridor that starts from the entrance of the paddock leads to the stairs to go up to the floor where the "Studios" and the corresponding entrance doors are located. Next to each door there is the corresponding key box.
