Beachfront house for unforgettable vacations next to Kiato and near Vrachati! The view from its large balcony over the sea wins you at first sight. You can watch the breathtaking sunrise from the balcony while having your coffee. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, garden, shared beach for residents and a stunning view of the Corinthian sea. Mini market at 100 meters, 2 km from Kiato, 5 km from Vrachati and 22k m from Loutraki.
I am at your service for anything you need, information on getting around, extra requirements, accessibility assistance and any help you might need.
The house is placed quietly on the sea, on the beach road that connects Kiato with Corinth. It has other beach houses around, semi-private shared beach with the residents, it is really close to a mini market (80 m) , restaurant on the sea (100 m), playground/coffee bar (180 m) and other beach bars and hotels around. Kiato, the most popular city nearby, is just 2 km away with a huge 6 km coastline and beach bars and restaurants with free sun beds and crowded night life, shopping and super markets. Nerantza has its own beach bars and restaurants as well, and Vrachati, another popular beach town is also just 5 km away. You can easily move around on feet or bike, visit most of Nerantza's places, beach bars, mini market, restaurants etc. You can also walk to Kiato , but it's recommended to use a bike, car or a taxi, since it is a 2 km walk. A car is also recommended for Vrachati , Corinth and Loutraki as well since they are a bit farther. A bus is also passing frequently from the main road of Velo to and from Athens/Patras.
