Enjoy a pleasant stay in the city of Serres, in a warm and welcoming space, beautifully decorated, recently renovated and fully equipped, located in the city centre. Accommodation for up to 3 people is available. ACCOMMODATION RULES: 1. No later than 24 hours before arrival, it is mandatory to submit via the platform with a message the passport or ID of all adult guests and the tax identification number if available. If the booking is on the same day, they must be presented immediately. 2. Parties, professional photography, and generally any other professional use are not allowed. 3. ILLEGAL uses are NOT ALLOWED. 4. Smoking is not allowed indoors. 5. From May to September, please dispose of food waste daily, either in the bin provided on the balcony or in public bins on the streets. 6. Every time you leave the apartment, even if the weather is good, please close the balcony doors. 7. In summer, set the air conditioners to 23 degrees (not lower) and in winter to 26 degrees (not higher). For the proper functioning of the air conditioners, the set temperature should not differ by more than 10 degrees from the outside environment. 8. The water heater is switched on by the round black button inside the panel and turns off automatically after 15 minutes. 8. I am a permanent resident of Serres and my profession is civil engineer. I pay special attention to the cleanliness of the accommodation and I try to make you feel 'at home'.
The area where the property is located is very central, just 2 minutes from the city's main square. Parking is allowed on the surrounding streets. Very close by there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, opposite there is a bakery and next door a greengrocer.
