Summer by the sea is situated in the historic centre of Corfu right next to the palace and above Faliraki beach. It is a four story house of 140sq.m (used to be an old mansion house of the 19th century) recently renovated with all the modern amenities to offer our quests a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Placed right in the heart of Corfu ,only few meters from the famous Faliraki beach (where the former King and Queen of Greece used to relax and enjoy the sea and the sun.) few steps from Liston, Corfu old fortress and nearby historical monuments as well as bars , restaurants , tourist shops in the biggest square in the Balkans . Four bedrooms , two bathrooms , a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning area and view to a secret garden, a living room on the top floor with amazing sea view , Faliraki and Vidos island, a veranda outside the living room with a sitting area and amazing view , the house offers personalized A/C ,wI-fI and privet entrance . This residence will offer you anything you will need for a relaxed and memorable holidays . The house provides a water tank so our guests wont be effected by any water breaks that may occur in the area.
