On the lower, semi-basement level, there is a foyer, with a single sofa bed, the 3rd double bedroom with en-suite WC/Shower and a laundry – storage room. All Suites are equipped with all those household facilities and amenities one would need during a short or longer holiday stay. Sani, with its sandy beaches, yacht marina, beach bars and posh restaurants, is a mere 2-minute drive or a 10-minute bicycle ride. Kalithea, with its bustling nightlife, is a 10-minute drive, and it will take even less to reach the traditional village of Afytos, with its’ cobble stone alleys and a variety of restaurants and bars. In the 65,000 sq ft garden surrounding Summer Scents, guests can share a large swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, covered BBQ and dining area, various lounge areas to enjoy from sunrise till sunset, a garden cinema, a fully equipped gym (in operation after July 15, 2026), a ping pong table and even a netted golf range, with club sets and range balls on offer. All that, amidst typical mediterranean vegetation and herbs, spreading those summer scents which inspired the name Summer Scents.
