A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ΙΚΕ, the property management company that is running this property. Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality. For Greeks however, it is something deeper than that., it is an unspoken cultural law that shows generosity and courtesy to strangers. In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.

Property info

A beautiful villa set in a wonderful scenery full of plants and trees, just in front of a sandy beach. Luxury combined with comfort, large veranda, private parking space, full of amenities, ideal for family or group vacations as close as possible to the Aegean sea. You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa. We are only a phone call/email or a text away for anything you need. Andros is one of the closest islands of the Cyclades to Athens, only two hours away by ferry boat from the port of Rafina. There are another 4 houses in the neighborhood, forming a house complex all with private entrances and private surrounding area. The big advantage of our home is the direct access to the beach and its proximity to it. Hora is just 4 km away and the main port of Andros around 40km. You will need a car to enjoy the island.

Neighborhood info

The residence is set above the beautiful sandy beach of Piso Gialia, you will only need to walk 50-100m to be on the beach. It is also near the village of Stenies, a short drive from the main Andros town Hora, where you will be able to find all essential shopping. It is part of a group of five homes, all with private entrances and private outdoors areas. 4 km away, in quaint Hora, you will find stylish shops, excellent restaurants, bars and museums, including one of Greece’s best-known modern art museums. Andros is a paradise for walkers, with a number of different trails and also features superb beaches. To best enjoy your stay in our home and Andros we recommend you hire a car. There is free parking on the premises. Hora is just 4 km away and the main port of Andros, Gavrio, around 40km.
