Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Sunset View is a 110 sq.m. beautiful villa located just a breath away from the magnificent crystal clear waters of the sandy beach of Plakias and its unlimited tourist attractions and its famous nightlife. The villa has a 2-story layout. Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a shower/WC as well as a kitchenette. An internal staircase leads on the upper floor where are 2 more bedrooms,2 showers/WC (one ensuite in one of the bedrooms), a large living room, a satellite TV, sofas, and an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen. All beds can be turned into double beds. All areas are fully airconditioned and covered by WiFi internet. On the exteriors, there is a private swimming pool (Please note that the swimming pool will not be available from 15/11 to 15/03) and a terrace with sunbeds, both with unobstructed fantastic sea views. Additional Notes: A) On the day of arrival the accommodation will be delivered clean, in perfect condition, ready to welcome customers B) For a stay of up to 5 days, no other cleaning service will be provided. C) For a 7-day stay, during the initial cleaning, a complete linen set (sheets, pillowcases, towels) will be placed in the closets of the accommodation so that they can be used by the customers. D) For a 14-day stay, except for (C), on the 7th or 8th day the accommodation will be cleaned, linen changed and a new complete set of linens will be placed in the closets for use. E) If during the stay of the customers, regardless of the days of reservation, any requirement regarding cleanliness or clothing arises, it will be satisfied immediately, after telephone communication.
