Property info

This spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor of a three-level residence on the coastal area of the village of Mitikas. Able to accommodate 3 people, it has a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. It opens up to the garden and the Ionian blue with views as far as the island of Lefkas and even the coast of Italy. A small, semi-private beach is just outside the garden door and some of Greece's most beautiful beaches, including Monolithi Beach are only a couple of kilometres away.

Neighborhood info

The village itself offers most amenities like supermarkets, bakeries, taverns, coffee shops and bars and a pharmacy. The wider area is full of landmarks and must-see places. At the borders of the village there is a beautiful small forest, ideal for walking or cycling. The forest runs alongside Monolithi beach where one can stop for a dive or a refreshment in one of its several beach bars. The city of Preveza is 5 km from the village and the ancient Roman city of Nicopolis is about 3 km away. Feel free to ask us for personalised tips and nearby areas of interest.
