For more than 35 years we have been living in the Netherlands with our two children, yet our love for Greece — and especially for Syros — has always remained strong. That is why we return every year to our beloved island to enjoy the sea, the Greek atmosphere and the unique peacefulness of this special place. With great care and passion, we fully renovated our holiday home in Azolimnos, creating a modern and comfortable space where relaxation, luxury and hospitality come together perfectly. Unique location close to the sea The house is located in a peaceful area of Azolimnos, just 5 kilometers from Ermoupoli and only 80 meters from the sea. From the house you can enjoy stunning views over the Aegean Sea and the islands of Tinos, Mykonos and Delos. The beautiful sandy beach of Azolimnos is only a 5-minute walk away. Giorgos was born and raised on Syros and, although we have been living in the Netherlands for many years, our love for the island has never faded. Hosting gives us the opportunity to introduce our guests to the authentic beauty of Greece, the relaxed atmosphere and the warm Greek hospitality. What we enjoy most is creating a place where people can truly relax, enjoy the sea, admire the beautiful sunsets and experience the peaceful rhythm of island life. In our free time, we love travelling, spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying good food and continuously caring for and improving our home so that every stay becomes even more comfortable and memorable. Azolimnos is 5 km from the capital Ermoupolis and has a beautiful sandy beach, surrounded by various taverns and cafes. There are sun beds and umbrellas, free to use, but the intention is to use one drink or eat from the accompanying cafe. There is a small mini-market in the village with the much-needed things.
