Built in 1780 and renovated in 2017, our villa is located near Hermoupolis. The interior is cozy, decorated with traditional furniture. The outdoor area is huge, offering an unforgettable experience! It is ideal for families with children, pets and elderly people.

Villa Gaia was built in 1780 and renovated in 2017. It is a traditional old stone-built house located in the countryside of Ano Manna 8 km from Syros Town (Hermoupolis) and 10 minutes from the beaches.The renovation was made with great care and attention in order to keep the original style intact and maintain the special character of the building. You will be charmed immediately by its impressive architecture which is unique in Cyclades. The access is very easy as it is next to the main road. The entrance, leads into the dining room. On the ground floor you can also find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed. On the first floor are located the second living room and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. From this level you have access to the large veranda were the view is ecstatic.Our house can easily accommodate 6 guests in a cozy atmosphere that drives from the combination of wood and stone.
