Thalassa Residence redefines summer living, centered around a stunning 42m² heated private overflow pool with saltwater system (depth 1.20–1.40m). The expansive 610m² terrace also features a sophisticated 3x2m spa whirlpool, comfortably seating six guests. With 80 hydro-massage jets and RGB chromotherapy lighting, the spa offers a rejuvenating escape for both body and mind. Just beyond the whirlpool, a lush lawn area awaits, complete with a charming playground where children can play freely. Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: - The Spa Whirlpool temperature can reach up to 26°C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature. - Upon your arrival at the villa, your host will provide you with instructions on how to operate the whirlpool Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature - Additional Fees | 80 euros per day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate.
