The Blue Door is more than a holiday house—it's our family's summer home, lovingly restored and cared for over the years. The house is located in the historic quarter of Skopelos Town, opposite Agios Michail Church and beside the Vakratsas Mansion, one of the town's architectural landmarks. The old port, promenade, marina, shops, bakeries, cafés, tavernas, museums, bus stop, taxi rank, and main parking area are all just a few minutes' walk away. One of the greatest advantages of The Blue Door is its location: close enough to enjoy everything the old town has to offer, yet only a gentle 1–2 minute walk from the waterfront—avoiding the steep climbs common to many properties in Skopelos Town. Surrounded by whitewashed houses, stone lanes, church bells, and glimpses of the sea, it's an ideal base for experiencing the authentic charm of Skopelos.
