The Edge is a residential development located in Kallithea, close to the city center of Athens. It offers thirty-one apartments spread across six floors, ranging from one to three bedrooms each. Designed to combine luxury and comfort, The Edge offers some of the most exceptional common-use features. All apartments are elegantly designed to create comfortable living to suit the needs of every family. In addition, each detail is optimally planned in order to maximize functionality in every aspect. The building itself is a sight to behold, boasting a state-of-the-art gym and a rooftop pool, exclusively for residents. Please note that the apartment is located in a residential building. It is a short term oriented place, not meant to provide a hotel experience. Parties, events & loud music are strictly forbidden. - Swimming pool: The shared pool on the rooftop can be used from 09:00 to 19:00 hours. Children under 12 years old are not allowed to use the pool. You’ll be situated next to a central avenue with bus connections to all points of interest – including the fabled Athenian Riviera and some of the world’s most important landmarks like the Acropolis. Kallithea – whose name translates to beautiful view – offers proximity to the city center and its manifold attractions, but it’s also quite close to the beach. The surrounding area offers lots of dining and entertainment options, while for those interested in culture the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Onassis Cultural Center and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation are all within easy grasp and there is always something cool going on there. The hip and happening pedestrianized streets of Koukaki are at a stone’s throw too. Take a stroll and discover traditional meze restaurants (tapas), sophisticated Greek dining places, wine and cocktail bars, or grab a cab (or the metro) and head to the downtown to experience everything that it has to offer – great shopping, countless cafes, bars and restaurants and a happy-go-lucky vibe.
