Behind the scenes of our refurbished neoclassical building (that dates back to 1840) you'll discover Aristophane’s Frogs. The combination of classical architecture and modern design aims to make your stay a memorable experience. Each room is individually decorated with premium materials, fine linens and eco friendly amenities. Our breakfast and the various snacks and salads focus on the simplicity and tastefulness of the mediterranean products.

Neighborhood info

We are located in the heart of Athens and more specifically in the area of Psirri. Acropolis, Plaka and several historical monuments are easily reachable by walk. We are also very close to the Central Municipal Market were you can smell and taste a great variety of greek products. Psirri is one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Athens that used to be famous for its leather importers and leather goods makers. If you look closely you can still find some of the best shoe makers in town! We are also in the area of picturesque cafes, tasteful tavernas, great bars and flea markets.
