Spread across three levels, it offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The neighborhood is quiet and primarily made up of local holiday homes, creating a relaxed and authentic atmosphere away from the crowds. The beach is just a short stroll away (450 m), along a pleasant path lined with beautiful gardens and charming maisonettes! The main floor features a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. The lower level offers a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa that converts into a double bed, and a bathroom. For families with young children, safety gates are installed at every staircase (except the one at the lower level). Relax in the private, lush, fenced garden. Fire up the fully equipped BBQ, unwind in the hammock, or end the day under its warm ambient lighting. Throughout the house, you’ll discover photographs of the surrounding area that i’ve taken over the past 26 years of spending my summers here.
