Renovated since 2023, the large 150m2 private sea view villa with 3 floors and 350m2 garden offers you complete privacy , silence and your own infinity pool. It is also a 5 min drive and 20 min walk from Sivota's restaurants, bars and grocery stores via a paved road (new 2025). Each room has its own airconditioning unit allowing for individual comfort during your stay in sunny Greece. It is only a beautiful 15 minute drive from some of the worlds finest beaches. Villa The Lookout has splendid views overlooking the Ionian Sea and its various islands. The very sea that odysseus sailed during his famous Greek odyssey. The stylish decor offers a sense of peacefulness and luxury and the private mediterranean style garden and infinity pool are all you need to relax to the max. The picturesque fisherman's town of Sivota ( 5 min drive) offers some of the finest restaurants, bars and fashion outlets in the ionian island region. The villa enjoys tranquility and privacy while being close to an authentic convivial town with all the amenities one could need. The villa has a maximum occupancy of six people. More people will be refused entry.

Our house manager Stefania is there to welcome you and support you with any questions during your stay. Her contact details will be shared after booking. Stefania and her team will also provide for a mid week cleaning during your stay. Beach/pool towels are included for use during your time at the Villa.

The villa is located on the leeward side of the island, surrounded by ancient olive trees and overlooks various Ionian islands. The area consists of private villas, so there is very little traffic. Walking the road by foot will offer you some amazing sea views. Enjoy the same view during your morning run. The area is very quiet but only a 20 minute walk away from the convivial harbour town of Sivota. The town offers shops, restaurants, bars, 3 supermarkets, cash machines, boat rental and more. In the evening it is lively and a walk down the boulevard is highly recommended. We recommend renting a car while staying at The Lookout. The villa offers private parking. By car you can visit several stunning beaches and beach towns within a 15 minute drive. Windsurf paradise Vasiliki is only a 15 minute drive away.
