This beautiful private furnished villa (410 Sq.m) is split over three levels, with over 1,000sqm of living space, a gorgeous surrounding gardens and a large BBQ area. The decoration creates a relaxing ambiance with beautiful original oil and acrylic paintings created by the hostess. The closest beach Agios Nikolaos is 300 meters from the house. Beautifully house, 4 master bedrooms with ample closets and private bathrooms, 1 service room, 1 WC, Full kitchen, 2 dining rooms, 3 living rooms, 2 tv/ sitting rooms, 1 barbeque and 1 large pool. The house is bright due to its large windows, luxurious, cozy and spacious with all necessary comforts to enjoy a relaxed and delightful stay. There is internet connection (Wifi), Flat Screen Smart TV in living rooms, Netflix, air conditioning, heating, and hot water all day long, refrigerator and freezer, hobs, 1 washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, Filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juice extractor, linen and towels , 50sq meters private swimming pool, pool towels, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, dishes and utensils.

Agios Nikolaos at Anavissos is a southern suburb of Athens. It is located on Athens Esplanade with impressive popular funky beaches, fashionable shopping centers and a peaceful residential area. The property is in the area of Agios Nikolaos and is 300 meters from the beach. In this suburb we created classy architectural masterpiece. Your best choice on the Athenian Riviera! The villa is located at Andrea Kalvou street, at the famous neighborhood of Greek poets and artists. Location is excellent. The villa is about a 25' drive from the ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT "EL.VENIZELOS" and about 50' drive from central Athens. Take a relaxing break at Athens Designer Outlet McArthurGlen which is conveniently located for easy access from Agios Nikolaos, just 25 minutes, and from Athens International Airport 25' drive. High end shopping is a specialty in Glyfada (25' drive), one of the most important and well-known markets of Attica. The village of Anavissos, Palaia Fokea and Saronida (5' drive) has many taverns, serving good, traditional Greek food and many smaller shops/bakeries. It is situated less than a 15' drive from the temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion.
