Lefkes View Villa is located on the hill of the historic, quaint village of Lefkes. It is perfect for 2-3 families of four traveling together or a larger family with grandparents/ babysitter. This 400 square meter (4,306 square feet) house is actually two separate houses in one. It’s newly renovated (2022), and offers some of the most remarkable views in all of Paros. This home is located on the hilltop of Lefkes, where even though it offers privacy and serenity, it is less than a 5 minute walk to the center of Lefkes village. We are a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Molos and Kalogeros. We are a 15 minute drive to either Naoussa or Paroikia This home offers (6) six bedrooms, (6) six full bathrooms and (2) two half bathrooms. It also features (4) four kitchens! There are (4) four spacious terraces, a large barbecue patio, front parking for three cars and a spacious pool patio - which also features a 9x6 swimming pool. A plunge pool is available to help cool you down on those hot summer days. In addition, this home offers (3) three outdoor showers. This place is a rarity, a true gem! Views are breathtaking with Naxos Island in the background! Sunrises are spectacular, perfect location for sun salutations and Yoga lessons by the pool.

Lefkes is a quaint and lovely old mountain village. It’s actually one of the oldest villages in all of Greece. There are restaurants, cafes, liquor - cigar store, general store, pharmacy, novelty stores… and of course a beautiful 19th century Church at the old square. There is even a bus stop at the entrance of the town. There is an 1,000 + year old Byzantine path which leads from Lefkes to Prodromos. Perfect for a wonderful nature hike, typically 1 hour and 15 minutes. We are facing east, so the sunrises are majestic. From our house, the views of Lefkes and the neighbouring island of Naxos are simply astonishing! We are less than a 5 minute walk to the center of the village We are only a 10 minute drive to the eastern beaches of Molos and Kalogeros (the beach with the rejuvenating clay) Within a 15 minute drive you can get to either Naoussa or Paroikia The airport is a 25 minute drive
