Being a Civil Engineer is more than just drawing and building. Throughout my career I have worked with multiple Hotel designers and have built a numerous Hotels and Villas around the world. Along with my brother Antonis and his expertise and experience in the Architectural design, we have created "THE QUAD Luxury Villas" with passion and love to simplicity and luxuriance that every guest will appreciate and comprehend while staying.

THE QUAD Luxury Villas are First-Class residence, located just 200-meters from the seaside and less than 5 km from the center of Lefkada. The villas were built in a modern architectural style and furnished with high-end quality materials and furniture. Each villa is autonomous with its own exclusive swimming pool, outdoor area and secured parking garage. Each villa is equipped with ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom, all needed facilities and amenities for a comfort and pleasant stay all year round.

Neighborhood info

The lovely sea side village of Lygia is all about the location. It’s perfectly placed for beach holidays as it’s close to walking distance to beach, taverns, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, gas station, etc. As a further plus, it’s near to within 5km from Lefkada center, the island’s capital, which everyone must visit to discover the Lafkadian life, architecture and gastronomy.
