I have been staying in this house for holidays as long as I can remember myself. I am deeply connected to it as I have so many happy memories from my childhood spending time with my grandparents until today. Every summer, I would spend my time with many people and especially with Makis. Until 2017. Makis was my grandfather to whom I owe my unforgettable summers and memories. This house has been fully renovated in 2021, and has been my personal project and goal to create as a house that people can be comfortable and feel like a home.

The Village of Perithia is located 40km northeast of Corfu Town. There are two mini-markets to cover your basic needs, restaurants, a gas station and an ice cream shop that you will adore. North and West Corfu is the most beautiful part of the island. Many sandy beaches and stunning beauty spots. Canal d`Amour between Sidari and Peroulades. The cape of Drastis and the majestic Loggas beach with the rare sandstone geological formations. More tourist destinations with large sandy beaches, such as Agios Georgios Pagon and Agios Stefanos of Avliotes in the west. Roda and Acharavi on the north coast. Smaller sites of rare beauty such as the small Porto Timoni double beach north of Agios Georgios. Plus others such as Astrakeri, Afionas, Arillas, Kerasia, Kouloura, Agios Stefanos and Erimitis secret beaches. Up in the hills is the abandoned village of Old Perithia, now gradually being brought back to life, with some excellent tavernas which are necessary having made the long haul up there!
