The whole space is fully air conditioned (including heating) & on ground level. Normally, this is one of my homes so a great deal of care & love went into this tiny house to create a welcoming home for everyone

You're located just a 5 minutes by feet near the Ermou Street and the port with easily access to all the most important hot spots in the city center of Mitlini. In this area are countless coffee shops, small boutique shops for jewellery, fashion, decor and so many more - greek restaurants and live music a lot of nights especially in the late summer nights. Life takes part outside - in the Ermou Street & the old port side and you will find it all directly here by feet! Don't miss the port which allows an atmospheric view especially at the evening with the lights, boats and ocean. Even you’re in the center of Mitilini the neighbourhood is quite and friendly. A small beautiful park to take a walk is also by 1 minute walking reachable. Next to this park is the closest supermarket „MyMarket“, near the Ermou Street, with better prices than the MiniMarkets. One mini market with long opening hours is 80m next to the house. Directly next to this is a pharmacy for any medical treatment with good prices. The parking spot very close by the house! 10 minutes walking to the main port
