Theo apartment with Balcony is situated on the first floor of a residential building, centrally located in Marathias, a small village in South Corfu. The apartment includes one bedroom with double bed, complemented by a low-ceiling loft space- accessible via a wooden ladder, this space serves as an additional sleeping area with two single beds. The apartment further offers a fully equipped kitchen integrated with a sitting area and bathroom. Both rooms have air conditioning. Guests can also enjoy a pleasant sitting area on the private balcony, which offers relaxing views of the surrounding olive groves and mountains in the background. Private parking is available directly in front of the house. The space is ideally suited for families children or couple or anyone looking for a quiet stay close to nature while still being short distance of a bakery, minimarket, tavernas, and one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in South Corfu.
The apartment is set in a peaceful area with everything you need close by. A mini market is just 100 metres away, perfect for your daily essentials, and within short walking distance you will also find a bakery and several traditional taverns. The main road is 200 metres from the property and provides a bus connection to both Corfu Town and the nearby resort of Lefkimmi, only 8 km away, where you will find larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Diellas or Masutis, along with other shops. Some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in South Corfu are just a 1,5km from the villa, offering quiet, unspoilt coastline. The surrounding area also features more bars, cafes, and local tavernas to enjoy during your stay.
