Set on a cinematic hillside in Gallos, just a short drive from Rethymno’s beaches, restaurants and everyday amenities, TheTree Villa blends sweeping sea-and-countryside views with resort-style outdoor living. Highlights include a 45m² heated pool, a five-seater heated whirlpool, a children’s splash compartment, a fire-pit lounge, a lawn garden, and generous al fresco cooking—welcoming up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms plus a hidden attic sleeping room. Accommodation Capacity • 5 bedrooms in total • 10 guests accommodated in real beds • 2 additional guests accommodated on 2 folding beds (1 in the attic-type bedroom area & 1 in the master bedroom) • 2 children accommodated in the fairytale room • Maximum capacity: 14 guests Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature. 
- Additional Fees | 80 euros /day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 300 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
