Welcome to our cozy and welcoming accommodation, ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It is located near the village of Plisioi, just 4 km from Arta, with easy access within 5–10 minutes by car, offering the tranquility of the countryside combined with the convenience of the city. The house is 69 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed available for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals, while the washing machine provides extra convenience during your stay. For your comfort, we provide free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, air conditioning, heating, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, as well as all necessary bed linens, towels, and household essentials.
