Also well developed tourist areas are very close for your shopping .The house is an oasis of tranquility surrounded by nature, fully equipped,safe and cosy .The area is perfect for hiking in pathways that are leading to the high up to the mountain of Stavros. Traditional greek tavernas are close to the house for a good meal ( 5' by car).

The house is located in a quiet village called " Stavros" and it’s very easy to reach the best beaches of Corfu driving around this area. For instance, to go to Benitses, Halikounas and Issos beaches will take you only 15-30 min by car. Additionally, there is a famous for a 5 stars hotel “Marbella” area, called Ag. Ioannis Peristeron (only 10-15 min by car ) where you can find everything you might request: a beautiful beach, ATM, restaurants, bars, car/bike rent, shops, etc. Also, there are famous areas called Mpoukaris and Petriti ( 30 min by car) where you can find the best local seafood tavernas surrounded by magnificent views, and enjoy the best greek food. No need to mention, that of course you will have a nice local taverna "Areti's Place" only 5 min away by car where you can enjoy a very traditional food/drinks.Driving to the Corfu Town usually takes around 20-30 min (depends on traffic and your way to drive). Also, this area is pretty attractive for people who are really into trekking as there are many pathways, including a well known path to Monastry Pantokratoras.
