Our beautiful House is located in Southeast Pilio in a biological Eco farm of 15 acres in the middle of an olive grove .The house is located 2km from the beautiful beaches Potistika and Melani. Our two storey country house 150sqm consists 70sqm living room with integrated kitchen , 3 bedrooms , a bathroom with shower and a wc. The house is powered by a solar system. There is a gas cooker and barbecue. Long terraces , balcony overlooking the sea and mountains , endless outdoor spaces (15 acres). Private parking.
Στο κτήμα υπάρχει απόλυτη ησυχία κωθώς δεν υπάρχει άλλο οίκημα σε απόσταση 0.5 χλμ. Το κοντινότερο χωριό είναι η Ξυνόβρυση(2χλμ) οπου υπάρχουν ταβέρνες. Το κεντρικό χωριό της περιοχής είναι η Αργαλαστή(8χλμ) οπου υπάρχει ATM, Ταχυδρομείο, Super Market, Φούρνος, Χασάπικο, Μανάβικο κλπ. Σε απόσταση 2χλμ βρίσκονται οι πανέμορφες παραλίες Ποτιστικά και Μελανή και σε 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο βρίσκεστε στον μαγευτικό Παγασιτικό κόλπο(Χόρτο, Μηλίνα, Κάλαμος κλπ). Υπάρχουν αμέτρητες δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να πραγματοποιήσετε στην ευρύτερη περιοχή όπως ποδηλασία, καταδύσεις, ιστιοπλο'ι'α, περιπάτους-trekking, βόλτες με άλογα κλπ.
