This is a traditional studio 30 square meters with view, inner wisdom, 1 bathroom, washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen, air conditon, wifi, and autonomus heating with radiator. The house is in the center of Chora few meters away from the central square (without noise) and easily accessible by car. Supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurant are in close distance by foot. It is a studio with kitchen, living room and bathroom together on the groundfloor and on the attic is the bedroom.
The house is near to the central square but without noise as it is not in the central road but in a corridor. Next to the house is the transport company ACS and across the corridor is a super market. Most houses in the neighborhood are inhabited all year with some exceptions. Quiet neigborhood and freindly neighbours.
