n the heart of Vitsa, where the stone paths meet the whisper of the mountains, stands a mansion from 1849, reborn to host travelers seeking not just a simple stay, but an ideal sense of warmth. Each of its 6 rooms tells its own story: a window opening to a view of endless serenity, the echoes of the mainland architecture remind us of past eras. Murals by the artist Vlastos, some of which have been preserved on the renovated plaster of the guesthouse, and handwoven carpets warm the space with their authenticity. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Between the old - traditional and the new - with today’s adapted amenities, hospitality becomes an experience: a breath of tranquility and a promise of return to all that is real and pure.

Troas - Troada was the queen of the Molossian tribe in the region of Epirus, sister of Olympias, mother of Alexander the Great, and grandmother of the famous King of Epirus, Pyrrhus.  Thus, the tradition continues from grandmother Troada to her son Vasilis, who welcomes you as the true host of the mansion, with passion and authenticity. Hospitality is here to make your journey more pleasant and we do aim for it.
